Head of Digital Smart Services is required by a leading global multinational business to lead this vital section of a key growing business function. You will be tasked with managing all digital products both internally and externally, where you will coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure high end value propositions for the market.
You will be required to engage with customers to understand there requirements in order to fully manage their high expectations. You must have strong exposure of creating solutions with new technologies revolving around, mobile apps, websites, Web TV, Big Data, Wi-Fi solutions, digital signage and smart based products.
You will be required to build the solution, from design, architecture, operating processes where you will call upon all available resources in order to achieve this. You will forge strong internal relationships with internal technical, engineering, architecture, sales and marketing teams where you will collaborate to ensure that products solutions are delivered to an exceptional standard.
You will evaluate technical market trends and new business opportunities and evaluate so that they can be turned into digital solutions.
Work closely with vendors and be a player within the digital ecosystem to ensure that you are fully updated with all the latest trends and industrial initiatives.
Lead the way in translating all business related digital initiatives to customer solutions.
Propose digital related business propositions for the sales teams to be able to use for client and for potential partner/alliances.
Your skills and experience.
· You must have a strong digital solutions background within a both a B2B and B2C environment.
· Strong experience in planning, scoping, financial management and development for each project
· Experience in digital project management, digital strategy, mobile optimization, Smart based initiatives etc.
· Strong experience of digital omni channel programs, projects and proposalsExcellent knowledge of the local digital landscape.
