To lead and direct the delivery of proactive HR business support services and solutions – whether operational or strategic – to Dubai Airports’ Business Units through managing the activities of HR Business partners in order to ensure that HR continues to work with and understand the needs of the business units, and suggest changes and improvements towards people strategy in line with overall Dubai
Airports and business unit requirements.
2. Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
Qualifications and Education:
Masters or Degree in HR, business administration, or any related discipline
Professional certification in HR is an asset
12 years of experience in HR with at least 6-7years being in a managerial role involving key operational and strategic HR areas including developing and managing resourcing and recruiting, talent management and development, performance management, employee services, job analysis and evaluation, grievances and end of service settlements, and HR policies and procedures
Developmental training is required in any area for professional development and/or mandatory purposes.
Professional knowledge of change management, organization development, talent management, job descriptions, manpower planning, job evaluations, HR systems, and competency based interviewing techniques.
Communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment
Practical knowledge in benchmarking and surveying practices/ techniques
Knowledge in leading and managing change programmes
Counseling and advisory skills
Leading, managing, and coaching cross-functional teams
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
